Contact me through the website or on my mobile phone number. We’ll set up a consultation to discuss the details. On that same day we can establish the training days and times depending on your availability and mine.
Any level is welcome. I train kids, middle-aged individuals, elderly people, overweight, injured, athletes… Everyone is welcome. The training will be geared toward your level of fitness.
Unfortunately, I am not qualified to train people with special needs.
Yes, unless the weather is really bad. In that case we can do the session online.
Each session is composed of different material from the sessions before. The intensity, the level of exertion, the style of training are always different. This ensures that I remain creative, and that the training is always challenging and interesting to the students.
I’m not going to shout slanders in your face or wave pom poms in the air chanting “you can do it!” I’ll brief you on the exercise and simulate it for you, then observe your form to see that it is correct. I expect you to push yourself, but I won’t force you to push past your limit.
Imagine a bell-shaped curve on an intensity chart. We start off with a warm-up, then build up to the hardest exercises, and gently reduce the intensity toward the last 15 minutes of the session. The last section is then stretching.
Yes. Depending on the needs of my client, I create a training package geared specifically for them.
Only a training mat or towel, and a drink. I will provide any equipment that is needed.
Only very light injuries such as tendon inflammation have happened over the years. These can be expected from any form of exercise. Nothing major or long-term. The exercises I use are bodyweight exercises, so they’re very safe.
