"Matthew is a dedicated trainer who always tries to squeeze the maximum out of you.

You can tell Matthew loves what he does by the way he enjoys watching the group huffing and puffing. Nonetheless he is a great trainer with a particular sense of humour. Each training session is ingeniously designed to work out the entire body; you use muscles that you didn’t even know existed.

But, by the end of every session you’ll finish with the great sensation that It was all worth it!

I took my time to research the right person to train with, as it was important for me to train with someone who is not rigid in his thinking and teaching methods. 

 

I wanted someone who would motivate me and challenge me, whilst at the same time support me and encourage me. The sessions with you have exceeded my expectations on so many levels, and I can say that I made the right choice for me.

 

I noticed that you observe and take the time to get to know where my limits are and in subtle ways you always manage to push them further without me even realising it. You always manage to keep the sessions varied, fun and interesting.

 

Even though the sessions are challenging, you balance each session in such a way where I go home feeling that I am improving and feel good about myself, whilst at the same time giving me a glimpse of understanding how much more the body can do if I keep training and disciplining it in the right way. This makes me look forward to the next session from week to week!

 

Training with someone who loves what he is doing had a huge positive effect on me, and the improvements I have seen in my strength and endurance in a few months are testament to your knowledge, experience and effective physical training methods.
